Yes we do. You could click on ‘Book Consultation’ button on our site and share your contact details with us. One of our designers will contact you to get your floor plans and other requirements. The designs and estimates will be shared with you in 48-72 hours depending on the size of your projects.
Until an order is placed by you we would be happy to offer as much iteration as you like. However once an order is finalized with all its specifications the designs cannot be modified.
A lot of our offerings are made of wood based engineered material like plywood and mdf etc. They offer different degrees of resistance to water. We use is Boiling Water Resistant IS710 grade plywood which offers highest amount of water resistance. The other two materials offer much lesser resistance to water. However we take extra care to not keep any of the surfaces exposed. While the surfaces are covered with laminate, pvc foil, paint, acrylic and glass finishes, the edges are usually covered with pvc edge band.

These modules are thoughtfully designed considering their utility. Our designers use a catalogue of these modules to design your home. Modularity simplifies the process of designing, manufacturing and installation. In simple words Modular refers to a construction which is made of modules of different sizes and specifications.
To give you a ballpark idea about pricing we have many pre-designed products displayed on our website. Some of them may match your requirement approximately. But to approach pricing systematically, we begin by creating a tentative design based on your floor plan and your requirements shared by you with our designer. Based on that, our designer creates a few options on our design platform called Wishboard. Wishboard is an AutoCAD plug-in developed by us which houses our complete product catalogue including prices and related logics. Hence there is no separate method of pricing. It is always calculated by Wishboard based on the designs. If the designs are altered by you price also alters accordingly. However the final design is achieved only after actual site is measured. We take the site measurement once you place an order with us. Price could vary @10-15% when the actual site is measured as the measurements may differ from the floor plan shared by you.
We may or may not be more expensive than others. But the key is to compare an apple with an apple. To get the comparison right it is always a better idea to get uniform designs and detailed product description from the agencies whose offerings are being compared. We really doubt that we will be more expensive if such a fair comparison is done.

Since there are so many variables affecting the price of just one module and our products are made of several such modules, it is not possible to offer any such rule of thumb.
Of course we can. There are many ways we can try and fit our offerings into your budget. We can revise the design and use larger modules which furnish more area for a lesser price. We could use more shelves and lesser drawers. You could also consider switching to more economical core material and finishes. We have many colors and finishes in them as well. We could reduce usage of glasses and lift up units.
We use Wishboard. It is a plug in layer of AutoCAD which we have developed in house. Since it is AutoCAD plugin our designers don’t need any additional training to use it.
To ease the designing process our designers work on in house technology called Wishboard. Wishboard allows endless customization to suit to all your wishes and tastes. However there are a few logical and ergonomic restrictions.

We don’t deliver products from ready stock. Everything we make is manufactured especially for you against an order even though it is from our standard catalog. That’s why we charge 50% advance for confirming the order.
Delivery within the city limits is free. However if the delivery is required on a different location it will be charged as per actual. In such cases delays and damages in transit will not be Welfurn’s responsibility. To add to that, in case of high rise apartments, if the service elevator is absent or not allowed, unloading and handling charges will be payable at actual.
